New Delhi: Another bad news related to Delhi caught in the claws of Corona virus has come out. A prisoner of Delhi’s Rohini jail has been found infected with the corona virus. According to reports, the prisoner had a bowel problem and underwent an operation on 10 May. According to information given by a Rohini jail official, he was also investigated for the corona virus, the result of which came on Wednesday. 20 other prisoners and 5 staff of the jail have been quarantined.

Let us know that the cases of corona virus is increasing continuously in Delhi and 359 new cases were reported on Wednesday. According to reports, after the new cases arrived in Delhi on Wednesday, now the total corona virus cases reached 7998. On Wednesday, 20 people have died due to Corona virus in Delhi and the total number of deaths has increased to 106.

Although the number of people recovering from the corona virus in Delhi has also increased, on Wednesday only 346 people have been cured and the total number of people recovering has increased to 2858. There are now 5034 active cases of corona virus in Delhi. New cases of corona virus in Delhi are coming from the same places which are already declared as containment zones. The number of containment zones in Delhi has come down to 81, up to 100 days till 10 days ago.
