The company will soon launch it in several other Indian languages. This service will currently be for users using the Flipkart mobile app on Android smartphones. But soon it will be implemented for iOS and website.
Flipkart said in a statement that the Voice First Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform was created by Flipkart’s in-house technology team, with the help of speech recognition, natural language recognition, machine translation and text-to-speech for Indian languages.
