The picture of lockdown phase-4 in Madhya Pradesh has been cleared. Markets have started opening up in the Green Zone like normal days. The streets and markets are being crowded since morning. On Monday night, the Chief Minister made it clear in the message to the people of the state that the facilities which are being given in the red and green zones are currently for only 7 days. If the situation is controlled then the concessions given in Phase-4 will continue. If the infection progresses, it will be reinforced again after review. The number of infected patients reached 5236 in the state late Monday. It has 2637 patients from Indore and 1076 patients from Bhopal. A total of 252 have died.
There will no longer be an Orange Zone in Phase 4
The state government changed the red, orange and green zones. The Orange Zone will no longer be. The entire district of Indore and Ujjain will remain in the red zone, while the red zone will be effective only till the municipal limits of Bhopal. Along with Bhopal, Burhanpur, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Dewas Municipal Corporation areas and Municipality areas of Mandsaur, Neemuch, Dhar and Kukshi will be considered as red zones. The rest will be considered as green zones and activities will be normalized according to the guidelines and protocol of the Union Home Ministry. Markets will remain closed for a week in the Red Zone. They will be opened after discussion and review from the district’s Crisis Management Group. Locations, single shops, shops in residential areas, essential commodity shops located in the market will remain open. Licensed liquor and cannabis shops will open outside the Red Zone.
Curfew in the state from 7 to 7 in the evening
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that curfew will remain in the state from 7 am to 7 am and there will be no traffic. Traffic will be allowed only for essential goods. Public transport will also be restricted for a week in all zones. The state government has also decided that the scope of the red zone containment area will be declared as a buffer and activity outside it will be normalized. It will be used currently except Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain and Burhanpur. If the buffer is to be fixed in these districts, the decision will be taken after discussion with the District Crisis Management.

The city received 72 new positives on Monday. Of the 902 samples examined, 803 negatives have also come up. Apart from this, 2 deaths have also taken place. If we look at the figures, from 6 to 16 May the number of new samples was between 1200 to 1500. Then suddenly on May 17, the number of samples was reduced. In the past too, the number of samples was less between 26 April and 1 May. Due to which the number of positive patients was also less. After this, the number of samples was increased on the lines of Bhopal and the number of positives also increased. Experts are stressing that more and more sampling should be done so that patients can be identified.
700 suspects rise in quarantine center, people in panic
Due to the increasing number of corona patients in Indore, the number of suspects in the city’s quarantine centers has increased once again. Because of this, people have started getting scared in these quarantine centers and the surrounding areas. Of the city’s 46 quarantine centers, 30 centers were vacated in early May. At that time there were about 600 suspects left. Now the number of suspects in all the centers has reached around 1300.
59 patients found in Bhopal in one day
On Monday, 59 new Corona patients were found in the capital. This is by far the largest number of patients found on a single day. The maximum 28 patients are from Jahangirabad region. The number of corona positive patients in Bhopal has increased to 1076. Directorate of Health officials said that the coron infection has been confirmed in 40 residents of Jahangirabad, Mangalwara, Ashoka Garden, Govindpura and Chhatrasal Nagar in Bhopal in the investigation report which came late on Monday. Earlier in the morning, 19 people reported positive.
Sagar: A record 18 positives were found in one day, including 14 from two families.
On Monday, 18 corona-positive patients were found. Till now the number of patients has gone up to 39. The new case involves 14 members of two families resident in Sadar. It consists of 10 members of one family and 4 members of the other. At the same time, a 1-year-old innocent resident of Tilakganj and a woman resident of Motinagar were also found infected. 2 cases were met in the afternoon. There are 21 cases in Sadar area here.

- First train will go from Bhopal to Bihar today: On Tuesday, the first Shramik Special train will leave from Habibganj station to Bihar. This train will take Araria at 3 pm.
- Special train from Habibganj to Udhampur: On Monday evening, half the coaches of the special train for Udhampur in Jammu could not be filled. Only 493 out of 1404 passengers left from this train of 22 coaches. It also included 24 youths who arrived here from Indore, who were brought here by bus. This youth hails from Jammu, Srinagar and Pulwama, who were studying part-time jobs in Indore.
