A lawsuit has been filed against all these accused in the CJM court under section 306/109/504/506 of the IPC which has been accepted by the court. The date of July 3 has been fixed for hearing in this case. Earlier on Wednesday, Sushant Singh’s father KK Singh reached Patna with his son’s ashes from Mumbai. People associated with the family said that Sushant’s ashes will be flown to a Ganges ghat in Patna.
