Booking of trains leaving tomorrow on the IRCTC website started at 6 pm. All the tickets of the third AC were booked in the Howrah-New Delhi Express train within 10 minutes of booking. Booking on IRCT was scheduled to start from 4 pm today to run 15 special trains from the country’s capital Delhi from May 12 amid lockdown, but due to some technical reasons, the booking work started at 6 pm. As soon as the booking started at 6 pm, there were some technical problems also, but within 10 minutes all the tickets of the third AC of Howrah-New Delhi Express train were full.
Earlier, at 4 o’clock in the evening, traffic on the IRCTC website became very high, due to which the booking had to be stopped. However, a statement has been issued by the Railways that the change in data is delayed due to which booking will start from 6 pm onwards. As soon as 6 o’clock in the evening, a lot of traffic was loaded on the IRCTC website to book tickets for the trains leaving tomorrow.
