• There have been 41 new cases of coronavirus infection on Wednesday.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) on Wednesday reported 41 new cases of coronavirus infection, most of them from Kolkata-based Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited (GRSEL) unit. There have been 38 reported cases of corona in the CISF unit deployed in it.

GRSEL is a strategically important naval shipyard located on the banks of the Hooghly River. Which caters to the naval and Coast Guard combat requirements. The CISF was deployed here in 2016 to protect it from terrorism. All cases except one have been reported in the last 24 hours.

13 more BSF jawans infected

Corona is spreading rapidly among paramilitary forces and police personnel deployed for the safety of the people. Corona was confirmed among 3 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel in Delhi on Wednesday. There have been a total of 247 cases of infection among CRPF personnel, out of which 4 have been cured after treatment. At the same time, 1 has died. In BSF, 13 new Corona cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
