    As per the guidelines of Lockdown 4.0, it will be prohibited for all other people to move out of homes across the country between 7 pm and 7 am, except for essential services.     Hours after the lockdown extension was announced, the Indian aviation regulator DGCA said that all scheduled commercial passenger flights were suspended until midnight on 31 May.     Only special trains, parcels, freight trains will be run: Railways
