July 29, 2020 (Mumbai) Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh On Wednesday leveled allegation a series of allegations on the star’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, including the abetment of suicide.

Mr. Singh accused Mumbai Police of derailing the investigation by not filing the FIR and revealed that Sushant’s father has not demanded a CBI investigation in the matter.

‘’FIR registered now as a family was in shock & Mumbai Police wasn’t registering FIR, but forcing them to give names of big production houses & get them involved. It was heading in a different direction: Vikas Singh, Ex-Addl Solicitor General & lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s father in an interview give to ANI.

The family lawyer also claimed that Rhea Chakraborty’s involvement in the deterioration of the actor’s mental life and Rs 15 crore being mysteriously siphoned from his account.

“Sushant was totally blackmailed by Rhea and he was not allowed to talk to his father. On many occasions, he tried reaching his son through the manager but was completely refused. Actor’s father made an incessant request to the Mumbai’s DCP four months earlier, asking them to keep an eye on Sushant’s whereabouts.’’, Mr. Singh further added.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, found hanging in the Bandra residence in Mumbai on June 14. Till date, over 40 people have been summoned by Mumbai Police to record their statement including the actor’s family, his close friends, girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and filmmakers.
