Former Finance Minister and senior Congress leader P. Chidambaram reacted to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s speech on Wednesday. Chidambaram said- a big shock to those who earn by working hard every day. There is also no means of cash transfer to half the population of the lower classes. 13 crore families have been left destitute. Meanwhile, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that the Special Economic Package of the Center is a ‘Big Zero’. There is nothing for the states in this.
