Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has given a double blow to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. After reversing the order of treatment of Delhiites only, the Lieutenant Governor has said that asymptomatic people can undergo corona test within 5 to 10 days.

The Lieutenant Governor said in the order that now even asymptomatic people, who have come directly in contact with a corona positive, can get the corona test done within 5 to 10 days. Earlier, the Lieutenant Governor rejected Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s decision in which he said that only Delhi’s corona patients will be treated in Delhi government hospitals.

At the same time, Chief Minister Arvind Kejri Lal has expressed a strong reaction to the decision of the Lieutenant Governor. Kejriwal tweeted, LG Sahib’s order has created a huge problem and challenge for the people of Delhi. Congress has questioned the number of corona tests taking place in Delhi. Congress leader Ajay Maken has said that the Delhi government is trying to divert attention from its two failures. According to the bulletin of the Delhi government released some time ago, the corona test has been reduced to 3700 on Monday, while on May 29, 7649 tests were done. Corona-positive cases increase by a ratio of 27 per hundred tests.
