Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a revised list of guidelines on April 24. According to these guidelines, some shops, essential services, market complexes, except single brand malls, multi-brand malls, etc. will remain open with some terms and conditions. All the shops and terms and conditions are given in this article.
The national executive committee, orders amendments in the consolidated guidelines for the strict implementations by Central and State Governments.

All shops registered under the shops and establishment act of the respective State/UT, including shops in residential complexes, and Market complexes except shops in single brand and multi-brand malls, outside the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities, with 50% staff strength, wearing masks and social distancing will be mandatory.

Some other services permitted are Brick factory, farming shops, standalone shops, etc. The terms and conditions are that
- Only 50% of human resources allowed.
- Masks and sanitizers are essential.
- Social distancing is mandatory.
- Shops in single and multi-brand malls are not permitted
