The captured crooks have been identified as Vikas and PK (27) and Rohit Dagar (30). Police has recovered 2 pistols and 5 cartridges from them. Delhi Police had announced a reward of 1 lakh 20 thousand on development and 25 thousand on Rohit. Both these miscreants have many cases including murder, attempt to murder and extortion.

On 21 May 2019, these accused killed the tick talk star Mohit Mor of Najafgarh. Initial investigation revealed that the miscreants had been hiding in a remote area of ​​Punjab since the total arrest, the police said. Based on the information, the police raided and arrested both of them.

DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav said that both the accused are sharpshooters of Kapil Sagwan gang. Vikas along with Kapil Sagwan sought extortion money from a businessman. He was murdered by these accused after the businessman refused. Police said a case of MCOCA was registered against Kapil Sagwan.
