CBI wants to show Nirav Modi’s criminal face
Experts say that the videos made by the so-called ‘fake directors’ associated with companies associated with diamond merchant Nirav Modi, surrounded by allegations of fraud and money laundering, include allegations of theft or being threatened with murder. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) handed over this video to a UK court during the hearing of the extradition case against Nirav. One person is saying in the video, ‘My name is Ashish Kumar Mohanbhai Lad, I am the name owner of Sunshine Gems Limited, Unity Trading Fazes in Hong Kong and Dubai.’ He said, ‘Nirav Modi called me and told me that he will implicate me in the theft.
Let us tell that this time, ED and CBI officials have not been able to go because of LockDown. Officials will be in touch with the Crown Prosicution Service in London from India itself. According to the investigating agencies, the hearing of Nirav Modi should be done through video conferencing only.
It is noteworthy that after the Nirav Modi scam, he escaped from India in February 2018, his maternal uncle Mehul Choksi (Mehul Choksi) was also named in this scandal along with Nirav Modi. Last year, when Nirav Modi was seen in London, then in March, he was arrested from the metro station. Since then, Nirav Modi is lodged in a jail in London.
